Dr. Dmitry Kryndushkin is registered to practice before the U.S. Patent & Trademark Office (Patent Agent #71,818). He have international experience in IP counseling and protection, significant expertise in patent prosecution, a Ph.D. in molecular biophysics and strong interdisciplinary hands-on research expertise in a variety of technological areas, particularly in biochemistry, cellular and molecular biology, biotechnology, immunology.
Dmitry has drafted and prosecuted over 70 patent applications, and obtained over 40 patents including more than 15 U.S. utility patents, covering different technological areas. In 2019-2020, Dmitry was included in IAM Patent 1000 list -The World's Leading Patent Professionals.
In 2016 - 2020, Dmitry worked as Senior Patent Agent at the Skolkovo Foundation (Moscow, Russia), where he successfully represented multiple high-tech start-up clients by providing Intellectual Property counseling and support, drafting and prosecuting utility patent applications in the United States, Russia and other jurisdictions, as well as preparing Freedom-to-Operate and patentability opinions for his clients.

Dmitry has extensive research experience in the life sciences and healthcare fields and is an author of more than 30 peer-reviewed publications in international journals. Dmitry spent his scientific career within Office of Biotechnology Products, CDER, US FDA; National Institutes of Health (NIH) and the Uniformed Services University of the Health Sciences, USA.
Dmitry holds a Ph.D. degree in Molecular Biophysics from the Moscow Institute of Physics and Technology (MIPT), Russia
