As a former Vice President and Business Unit Head, Kira has two decades of operational business experience, with a focus on Marketing, Sales, Market Access, and Business Development. She has launched high-value assets in Immunology, Oncology, Psychiatry, and Infectious Diseases in complex regulatory environments.

Kira goes beyond theoretical strategy by integrating deep operational expertise into every project. Trained in Launch Excellence at J&J University, she combines a classic "Big Pharma" approach to product management with strong analytical and communication skills.

Today, Kira works as an interim or fractional Commercial Lead for startups. She helps founders connect their regulatory milestones with a clear business case that investors will back.

Kira has a background in both science and business. She holds an Integrated Master’s in Biotechnology, so she speaks the language of scientific teams. She is an Executive MBA candidate at the University of Zurich and has completed leadership courses at Harvard Business School, Yale School of Management, and Stanford.
